Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's location was fantastic, right on top of Dam Square. The rooms, although deceiving from the pictures, turned out to be lovely, large, and spacious. The service was friendly, super helpful, and efficiently managed all our needs, from fetching an umbrella to arranging car service. The dining experience was bountiful and delicious, set in a large, beautiful room. Overall, a great spot for a central stay.
The hotel had stunningly beautiful rooms, impressively large with high ceilings and modern design, offering a breathtaking view. However, the noise from the alley and lack of proper amenities like a bath and bathrobes were significant drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, though small, provided decent sleep quality despite the lack of heating and noise from the street. It lacked character but was clean and cozy. The service was superb, welcoming, and accommodating without being asked. The location was amazing, close to all the main city spots, and the breakfast was fantastic. However, the dining options were too basic. The facilities were generally good.
The hotel is situated in a prime location right across from Dam Square, offering a lovely view. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the noise from the busy street could disrupt sleep. The buffet breakfast is delightful, though the newer rooms are smaller than the old ones.
The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Amsterdam, offering beautiful rooms, great service, and easy access to key attractions like Dam Square. The rooms are spacious and in excellent condition, although they could be cleaner. The service was very helpful and accommodating, with a few minor issues like key card cancellation but compensated with a complimentary room upgrade and special touches. The location is ideal, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and a mall, making it a convenient hub. The dining experience was exceptional, with a fantastic variety and attentive staff in the breakfast area. The facilities meet expectations, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The immense and gorgeous rooms with a side view onto Dam Square gave a very luxe and contemporary feel. However, issues with building works and central heating not working in two rooms detracted from the experience. The allocated room was inferior and this was not communicated by the check-in clerk, which was disappointing.
The hotel offers well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds, but there were delays during check-in. The building works and central heating issues affected some rooms. The location is superb for exploring key tourist spots and enjoying the amenities nearby, despite a shabby elevator experience.
I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of Amsterdam with everything close by. The staff were cheerful and helpful, making my stay very pleasant. However, the room was a bit of a hassle to get to with multiple lifts, and the noise from the main road could be a bit much at times. Overall, a great experience.
I had a great stay at the hotel with some wonderful highlights like excellent service and a delicious breakfast, but there were a few drawbacks such as noise from nearby streets affecting my sleep. The central location and helpful staff truly made my stay memorable, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel! The rooms were spacious and in mint condition, although they lacked some extra toiletries. The service was professional and extremely helpful, emphasizing their warmth and helpfulness throughout our stay. The central location allowed us to explore Amsterdam on foot easily. The dining experience was pricey, but the food quality was worth it.
The hotel is situated in the newer part, and the bed was very comfortable, although the rooms are far from the main building. The service was excellent, with staff always smiling and being very helpful. The location is perfect, right on the main tourist avenue with many attractions nearby, although it can be a bit far from the lobby. The dining experience was outstanding, although it could be more informative about certain offers included in the price. The facilities were impressive with great amenities available.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms faced an alley which kept things peaceful and had all the necessary amenities like a mini-bar, walk-in shower, and robes. However, the continuous humming from the vents below was a bit bothersome. The staff provided good service, especially with recommendations for local attractions. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Amsterdam near Dam Square and the Royal Palace although more staff might be needed for such a big hotel. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of options, and the facilities were well-equipped.
The hotel is in a prime location, right on the central square with exceptional service from extremely friendly and respectful staff. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the unexpected interruptions and overpriced aspects of the service may deter me from returning.
The hotel rooms are massive and very comfortable, although they require extra cleaning after a chocolate mishap. There was some noise near the lift, as we seemed to be in an annex off the main hotel located near a main road, which can get loud. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The rooms were clean, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. However, there was a bit of a hiccup with the first night in another building next to the main one. The service was top-notch with a warm welcome from Nadia and VIP treatment from Jesse. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Amsterdam. The dining experience was fantastic with a great variety of food choices. The facilities were comfortable and well-maintained.
